Michelle Largay is an enrolled Spokane Tribal member who recently moved back to the Spokane area.  She was previously employed with the Spokane Tribe Preservation Program from 2015 to 2018 as a Field Technician.  She is very grateful for all the knowledge gained while in that position and looks forward to becoming an asset to her tribal community within her current position as Collections Assistant.  Michelle holds a deep appreciation for the importance of preserving the Tribe’s cultural resources and how the artifacts she will be helping to curate and care for inform the story and history of her community. She is in the final year of her education to attain a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Portland State University. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, training service dogs, hiking, and camping in her downtime.
