POSITION SUMMARY

Performing excellent guest service is our number one goal at Mistequa Casino Hotel. The Players Club Representative will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our Players Club, be proactive at securing new sign ups to the Players Club and will work with the Players Club Supervisor in meeting all casino promotion event goals. The Players Club Representative will carry a professional and positive attitude with fellow team members and guests. Marketing department cross-training is a priority for our team success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The representative must be proactive and identify problems, and solutions. Follow up with Players Club Supervisor.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our database system to perform duties using the player tracking system.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate and complete.
  • Promote the Players Club to new guests to join the Players Club.
  • Must have a working knowledge of the Players Club benefits and Players Club point system.
  • Responsible for keeping accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of all casino programs, promotions, special events and all elements of casino games to advise guests.
  • Make announcements to promote all marketing events, promotions and other announcements as needed according to Players Club Supervisors announcement schedule.
  • Will assist Players Club Supervisor and Marketing Manager with special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and clear workstation.
  • Responsible for stocking promotional items, such as bungee cords, club cards and other items for promotional use.
  • Assist in maintaining floor security by notifying Management and Security of suspicious activity.
  • Facilitates the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Must be able to work shift work, holidays, weekends, and special events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.  Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Responsible for assessing, testing and review of casino activities to ensure compliance with applicable Procedures, Internal Controls, State Compact, as well as applicable Gaming Regulations and MICS. Coordinates and administers all casino audit activity with STGC.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Hotel Housekeeper will require excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.

 POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the life and property of guests, team members and the company. Administering first aid and emergency medical attention to guests and team members on the property, as required.

  • Escorts and observes guests and team members to ensure their safety and protection.
  • Becomes familiar with hazardous materials used on property, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing it.
  • Acts as a dispatcher during emergency situations, and coordinates solutions to it. Informs outside agencies and surveillance of any unusual or suspicious situations on property.
  • Operates company vehicles as directed to do so.
  • Ensures safe transportation of company money. Assists in the opening and closing of the gaming tables.
  • Patrols the property identifying potential security and/or safety hazards and reporting to the appropriate individual.
  • Facilitates the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Maintains a series of keys, accessing locked areas as necessary.
  • Generate reports and alarms for Electronic Key Control System.
  • Checks identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age, to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.
  • Responsible for disbursement of paychecks.
  • Responsible for logging lost and found items.
  • Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Responsible for reporting work related injuries to HR.
  • Assist with training new officers.
  • Responsible for maintaining the extra badges for the team members.
  • Administer visitor passes to vendors and others that have scheduled meetings or business with the casino.
  • Required to greet guests and open the doors for the guest’s entry into the casino when you are monitoring the entrance.
  • Monitor the entry to ensure alcoholic beverages are not being removed from the casino.
  • Responsible for staying up to date on current promotions and events to inform the guests and answer questions.
  • May be required to work shifts and/or events at the hotel.
  • Held to a strict code of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work shift work, holidays, weekends, and special events.
  • Required to monitor the two-way radio that should be on your person at all times.
